My baby is back home

I just got back from the dealer. The a/c is perfect now. Still not sure what was wrong with it. Only the sales guys were there so I think I'll call tomorrow during the day and ask the service department. I'm just so glad to have my SS back.

Here we go again

It's going back to the dealer for the same a/c problem. They think it's a leak. It was working fine last night on the way home from the dealer but this morning on my way to work and at lunch today it wasn't. I hope they can fix it this time. I should ask for extra money for gas. I've been to the dealer everynight this week. I'm praying I don't have a lemon.

Most likely a 25 cent o-ring, they will probably put a dye in the system and watch for leaks. You should ask for a free rental (if not already getting one). Welcome and hope they quickly resolve the issue.

Which dealer are you dealing with, Sophie? I bought mine from Raymond out in Antioch so I feel you on the gas it takes to go back to my dealer. Not too impressed with Classic so I don't take it there.

I bought it from Raymond also. They are being really nice about the whole thing. I have a Malibu for a rental right now. It makes me miss my SS even more.

I just bought mine from Raymond last Monday. I was wondering how service was there, haven't used a stealer in years for service so I am a little leary. Hope all goes well for you.

I have benn taking mine to Shepard Chevrolet in Lake Bluff, They are Great and treat you like a person who just purchased a new car every time I go in there for service, I take my HHr there every 3 months for an OIL chabge and Tire rotation. If you go there tell them I sent you, They also take care of my Police Fleet of 41 vehicles.

Well I went with my gf to Rockenbach this weekend so she could take advantage of the 0% financing and the numbers worked out for me to come home with an SS instead of the AA5 we took in there. :)

So if you see a Victory Red SS driving around town be sure to wave.

Oh, Rockenbach seemed to care much more for you after saying you'd purchase than Raymond did... just my 2-cents.
