Lots of Sonics around Florida. Not bad Big Buefords burgers, seasoned fries. I try to stay away from fast foods anymore calories, salt and fats, and I'm already fat.

Off topic somewhat. Micky Ds has burgers (special) for $0.49. I remember as a kid when they were $0.15 were good, not so good 40 years later.

 

Not so here, this far south. The only 3 in the Miami area dried up a real long time ago.

 

Sonic has Big Buefords?? There's a couple of places around here called, Rallys, and they have Big Buefords also.

Well Sonic has been advertising in the Chicagoland area for a couple years now and the nearest one was in Champaign which is over a 2.5 hour drive from me. So being the first Sonic in this area it was bound to be popular, but I did not expect the turnout that we saw. I give it til the first snow and then I think it will really slow down.

Wow, When it opened they were saying then it was a 2hr wait can't believe 2 weeks later its still the same. Give it a month or So.. It will die Down. Or when the others Open in Early Winter.

 

We had Rallys and Checkers for a few years up here. Then Rallys closed and then Checkers.

 

My g/f and I tried to go there tonight.... The estimated wait was still an hour. CRAZYNESS! I hope they open another one soon.... I have such a craving...

 

Yall must really love some sonic. Its not that good here. Not at least to wait an hour. Maybe its just because i go there all of the time. They are everywhere around where i live, and just opened one with a DRIVE UP WINDOW.. i though it was cool anyway...:P
