I ended up mounting my rear light into/under the rear axle. Ans as for running the wires inside, I drilled a hole and put a rubber grommet into the floor board(pulled the carpet back out of the way first), once I had everything all wired up I siliconed the wires into the grommet so no water could come thru. I tucked the wiring behind the drivers side kick panel and drilled a hole into the lower portion of the dash under the steering column for my switch.

Yes, in the triangular section that has the round holes in it. I left some slack in the wiring and zip tied it up inside of there.

As long as you don't have a rear sway bar in the way.
Good luck Kevin. Waiting to see the results!

No rear sway bar on Kev's ride just yet, but I'd mount the lights on the rear of the axle anyway in order to keep the axle beam clear for that future mod. There's enough clearance to fit the lights in without fouling the EVAP hardware.

Gee Kev, looks just like it does on CSI when they're checking for "trace", you weren't walking through any bloody crime scenes were you?

Ouch! Funny, but the dog in the commercials doesn't look like the violent type, guess you never "can" tell.
