Hope everyone is okay in Southeast Michigan/Northwest Ohio after last night's storms. We heard the sirens shortly after 1 am and took cover until our warning expired. Thankfully nothing transpired from it.

 

All is good at my place! There are other places that arent to awfull far from me that got hammered and dumped on last night.

 

Just read some stories and saw this thread.. Ditto on Dayton's comments..

Glad ya'll are ok -- but gotta make sure I get a place with a garage when/if I move out there ... ack! I don't know if I can handle "weather". Was in Louisville last week and the thunder storms were a little freaky.

In Western New York, we had 3 inches of rain last night. Where I live is pretty flat and there were a lot of people not getting out of their driveways today because they were one foot under. My SS had to fjord a few rivers going over the road that were 3-4 inches deep. Wishin' I'd driven the Jeep but I made it to work.

Hope that was the same storm and we don't have any more, my neighbor is still bailing out her basement.
