NAIAS 2010 Meet / January 23rd

The more I keep thinking about it, I don't really know where we could even meet at. Almost anywhere you'd have to pay to park...
I'm wondering if we should even just say we'll all park near like a certain people mover station or something? It's really hard because you don't know how busy it will be, or what lots will be or won't be full... And we're not all coming from the same direction, so it wouldn't really make sense to meet either north or south of town...

I'll ask my dad and see what he says about meeting somewhere. He used to deliver furniture for 10 years, and then oil for a few years and was always in that area...and he usually drives to the auto show each year. He might know of a good place for us to meet off hand.

We normally park in the garage. Then we could always just use the people mover to go get food etc. I've only ever parked there and then of course in the garage at Birmingham and of course the lot in Pontiac As for time, whatever you are all comfortable with. I guess it depends on what all we want to do. I can normally only spend 3-4 hours at the auto show max.

I agree with your amount of time in there, I can't be there more than that. As far as meeting, the only thing I can really think of would be to just plan on meeting at the Joe Louis statue in the lobby of the Cobo....
