Custom Air-Box Lids

It's a 2.2 Lt. It came with all the stainless Lt parts at the dealer which most
i am removing for a cleaner look.

Here is the cut for the latest one. This is done in 3/8" and reverse etched. The detail is super smooth. Thanks A&P for helping to locate the SS font! This piece took just over four hours with cut, etch, and sanding. Again a one-off never to be repeated. I've got to find a solid way of lighting these up. WHile cutting the laser really made the SS and lightning glow.

Now time to start working on HHR christmas ornaments. He he he. Wife will not be happy to have a hot rod tree this year

Edge lighting is the way to go....like fiber optics..the light wont sshine on the smooth surface but will concentrate on the broken surfaces....

Yes, send me a pm, ill give you my address. if you have a scanner, you can scan it in and save it as a pdf. I just need to know where the holes need to go.and a pdf will keep it in the proper scale. That is how I did mine. I scanned the lid and threw it in CAD to draw it
