Here ya go..instead of using the nasty intake cover bolts that are a pain...loctite some studs in the box and run acorn nuts... either chrome or any color you like....With washers underneath of course...studs can be trimmed for the perfect fit too...
Personally Im looking at what I call quarter turn fasteners, 1/4 turn they are on or off, similar to a Dzus fastner. http://www1.mscdirect.com/eCommerce/...efault&sb=true

Thanks Batman No Fool_Moon I used 3 inch screws and Rubber boots that you use for a wiper blade motor :) and then 1/4 inch metal spacers I will take a upclose pic tomorrow and post it ...

nope.. I used 3 in screws and rubber boots used in wiper blade motors and then 1/4in metal spacers
