No..do a stand alone setup..the block sensor is voltage regulated and tied into other systems so if you splice in you will change the readings and the brain boxes wont like that.
or..go with a multi gage and plug and play to the OBD port under the dash

My OBDII software does not supply oil pressure (ScanmasteELM). Do you have any specifics for the HHR Woody? Like pin number etc.

No..but after thinking about it..I believe it was an add on feature which required a sending unit..my bad

Mechanical oil pressure

Need to know the best location for a mechanical oil pressure fitting for a 2009 HHR 2.2 liter. "T"ing from the stock sending unit is not an option. The gauge kit came with a 12MM to 1/8" NPT.
If anyone can explain in lay-man terms where to insert the sending unit plug for the best gauge reading results, it will be appreciate.
I did look at some old threads and could not follow the information (not a mechanic).

The only place I know of is the stock location. Why not get pipe thread adapters?
