Here is a shot of some early model rear fender stone guards that I bought off the forum.
I wrapped them using 3M vinyl with the carbon fiber pattern. I'm trying to keep a black and red color scheme, with just a little chrome bling for accent.

UPDATE, the 3M vinyl has survived two winters in Indiana.
This means salt spray, chemicals and all kinds of frozen slop.
They still clean up good as new.

I'll let you know how my Speedway Motors clear vinyl tape worked , I installed it last October 15th, with the intention of its clear , it's tough to stop the paint chips from rock salt, I can remove it now in the spring maybe April 15th
