Sure. But without putting something else to deflect the air......you're not gonna like the results. Wind getting in that big hole creates buffeting at speed. Might even be pulling on the headliner.
If you have a sunroof, open it and get up to 40-50 mph, then reach up and manually pull the spring loaded wind screen down to the closed position.......................you'll see the results.
