Here is the one I made using some import ricer grille screen, I got lucky and found some that very closely match my paint. I used the gutter screen clips across the top and bent it under the bottom part and it holds pretty solid and works great, I have caught a few big bugs in it and luckily no rocks

I think autoanything.com has the best prices right now.

Not too much different than what you see on the other guys cars

Got it at autoanything.com...70.00 shipped. Required drilling 2 holes in lower bumper...REALLY simple to install...you attach 4 brackets..top brackets are just for bracing against upper part of the grill opening

I'm thinking of getting the upper also..I really like the looks of ivtech's with the bowtie...this is a blah pic...I'll take another one of the inside so you can see the brackets attached on the inside

Well worth the price...I could never get the gutter guard one to stay in

Thumbs up

That looks VERY NICE Goose! I wish I could get one that didn't require any drilling though, 'cause if I ever needed to remove it I don't like the idea of drilling holes in the car. jx3, where did you get yours?!?

AGAIN, VERY NICE lookin' Goose!

The reason I like the Carriage Works is the thick chrome/polished crown at the top. Seems to go hand in hand when the HHR has the Bright Chrome Appearance Pkg option from the factory. For HHR's with the standard satin chrome I think setups like the Precision Billet (no bright polished crown) fit the overall look of the car better. But this is just my opinion or taste if you will.

I agree LR... the CW with the thicker top seems to flow very nicely with the look of the chrome package. That may be my next mod
