But if it was me, since you’ve got a spare relay on hand, why not just have a spare key stashed there instead ?

Fuse #11 inhibits the hatch lock. It should be empty if you want to lock it. Pulling fuse #10 would disable the relay. I have no idea why it would not lock if the touchpad works, the "lock" just disables the relay.
If could get the hood open you could manipulate the hatch relay to open it. Why not use the key to open the driver door? A locksmith will sell you a credit card sized plastic emergency key for the door.

the Rear hatch does not. You can just go and pop it open even if all the doors are locked. Unless I remove a relay or the fuse

I fixed the hole and the fraudulent "SS" BADGE now i just need to give my car breast cancer. Cut em off then fix the bumper cutout

If there is a fuse in position #11 in the under hood fuse box the hatch WILL NOT LOCK. Here is a pdf of the circuit, if anyone cares.
