Preping exterior for rockers?
I ordered a set of chrome rocker panels and door handle covers. Is there anything I should clean\prep the surface with before sticking them on?
Also, even though it's not exterior, I'm going to throw this out there. I was reading about how to install scripts in the interior. Is that adhesive promoter 3M good to use? Do you just wipe down the area with it first? I didn't know if excess (outside where you were applying the script) would screw up the surface of your vinyl. As always, thanks for any info!
