Duplicolor engine enamel. Cleaned cover real good and scuffed lightly with a red scotchbrite disc. Cleaned again with Duplicolor wax & grease remover,then washed with a mild soap solution and dried(making sure no water on cover at all) Then applied a couple of coats of engine enamel primer,then the color,then with clear.(all applied per directions on can and within a hour) Ready to handle within a couple of hrs.
