I do agree about the cup "holders". Did you investigate a OE shift bezel from a 2009 - 2011? They go all the way up to the waterfall, where the window switches used to live.

There may be some legal issues with deleting the airbag light, I'm not sure but I seem to remember it is mandated. They put them there to warn short people and children against the death dealing explosive air bag.

LOL. Yeah, legal issue if I sell it. I plan on keeping it till it dies. Then put in a wrecked corvette motor and beef up the frame. Now that is some death dealing power for a car with less metal then a Ravioli Can.

I seen the 2011 shift bezel. That is not out of the question. It has a larger pocket as well for storage which I like. If I do go that route later. I may just mount the Dual Charger and Dual USB on the passenger side kick plate towards the top.

It's sad the 2011, is sweet inside. Everything is mounted in much better places.

Yeah, I like the Glow ring design myself. I was thinking in the future to add a piece of Acrylic to the bottom / top of the center bezel. Cut out 1/4 gap around the inside of the cup holders. Then use one of my 12volt prewired LED Bulbs for each Cup holder to make it glow inside. If I add only a 1/2" overhang to the center of the factory cup holders. It would equal the difference needed for smaller cups but, I am thinking to just grab some Hyundai Santa Fe, Cup holders and Plastic weld them into the factory location of the original GM Cup holders. They already have the LED installed and have adjustable spring loaded finger for all size cups.

That's later down the road first. I still have to finish my Mess I made of the interior. LOL I try to have this complete this weekend. Should be sweet!

I may still put the Dimmer and Airbag Light back in. Dimmer on the left of the Rear Window Wiper switch and Airbag on the right. MAYBE!!!
