Interior door trim

I HAVE tried looking though threads and had no luck finding what I was looking for. I was wondering to get the silver trim off of my door panels in my 2010 LT. Im sure there is a how to somewhere but I just had no luck finding it.

I also have another question, when I first log on to the site there are polls that come up on the left side. When I try to vote this is what I get.
"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

what do I do?

The interior trim is hot "welded" in. You would have to drill them out if I remember correctly.

Yes, as tcstoy has said, you would have to drill them out or grind them off from the backside. The studs are melted over from the rear.

You could do that and then possibly epoxy them back on though.

I also get this message(s) and I have tried to contact administrator and sometimes I get another error message there but never get a message in response.
