New Steering Wheel

Well this would be sweet
C6 CHEVROLET CORVETTE C6-R "D" STEERING WHEEL | eBay

But I think I'm going to order A Malibu wheel, new, leather, with radio buttons. It'll definitely be an upgrade for me. My vinyl wheel is coming apart on my hands with every turn, and I'll get the radio control. I would like to find a cobalt wheel, but haven't seen one in the last month. I like to have a smaller wheel, and thicker, hence looking at the corvettes, but the Malibu one will do just fine.

Nice does that come with the airbag? And if so is it compatible with your HHR?

From my understanding, the Malibu, 2010-2012, is the same wheel. No air bag. The same for cobalt later years as well as the corvette. I read a lot of hate threads in corvette forums on them sharing the same wheel as a Malibu and cobalt. If it doesn't fit, then I will send it back. Seller has a two week return policy

Hmm, there isn't any cross reference with the Malibu. Well I'll see in about a week or two. I'll keep everyone posted if it does turn out to be a viable option.

The Malibu wheel is not the same. But I think it will fit, I think some tinkering with wiring is called for. I'm not sure about the airbag cover, probably different.
