Stubby door lock pins ???

You really just need to shorten the factory ones.
1) Remove your existing chrome stems (cover with rag, then grip with pliers, vice-grips, etc)
2) Put you locks in the "unlock" position.
3) Use Dremel or other cutting device to cut the rod.
4) Replace chrome stem.
Mine are now just about flush when locked.
**One note: Once you cut them, you can not manually unlock them because there is nothing to grab onto.
I shortened my rear ones some, but left enough to grip....just in case.

I went with the dorman because I didn't like the chrome ones. it took a little time to get them cut just right. I didn't shorten the rear ones at all, so if I need to open a door from the inside with no power, I could.
