Useful mods thread - post anything worth installing in an HHR

Had this power inverter for a while.

Thought I might run some 8awg wire to it straight from the battery with a fuse and running some small extension cords somewhere in the car or something.

Still thinking of a good place/way to install them.

I need it to power some household stuff while away from home.



Second idea I had was installing a dome light over ride that keeps the dome lights from going on when the key is removed or the doors are opened)

Well when installing that inverter make sure to secure it real well, you wouldn't want it falling out your bent rear hatch .....

My power inverter I ran it into the passenger side storage compartment inthe back. Dont even know its there unless its on.

Cool Cool interior mod factor

Mine is in a rack under the passenger seat that slides out, same as the Playstaion under the drivers seat, nifty 007 mod. or tf woops.

It's only 1/2 inch wide though
