do we know how many have booked a room yet, if we have enough people coming,maybe we could invite the vendors to show up,or donate something & have a 50/50 for a charity..lets get a head count

 

I'm still looking for a head count.

 

I called the hotel last week & they said that only 4 roomes were reserved so far maybe people are waiting till it gets closer ?

 

I'm waiting to hear if you all want to do a 50s dance. If you do, I will book a room Saturday night, otherwise, I will just show up for the day.

my guy will be there i am going to get him to pay for his room i defintly think we should defintly do so retro 50's 60's thing but remember there will be minors there lol sorry i hate being 19. lol Has anyone else come up with any design remember he will be on hand to take orders for custom plates shirts. delivery should take approximately a week or so

 

i have my Buddy coming he will be on hand to take orders for shirts custom plates. He will also have a special plate for the first annuel G2G for $10 or 2 for $15. All other custom plates are priced upon purchase. we will have more info soon.

 

Just got off the phone with Renn Kirby Chevy they will set up a grill & BBQ on Saturday I'll be there Friday night & see where we will set up the cars for event if there is anything that we need let me know before the 16th of May.

that sounds good,,nice job & congrats on your wedding..for those that are coming we have another thread on who is comeing so plz sign up,all is welcome plenty of rooms left ,,the 50's thing sounds cool too but we dont want him to lug his dj stuff & not have a lot of people,,thats why we need a lineup of who is coming...thanx....Jeff
