Thanks all for your enthusiasm yesterday!

We were the last ones to leave the park (almost 4pm: we crossed to Canada for lunch), but it was quite a thrill to see so many HHR's out the rear-view mirror, not to mention the number of heads we turned down Pine Ave through Little Italy. Thank you also to BlackHHR06 for my shiny new set of smoothie locks! (can't wait to install them! )

I have to say, it was quite fun to finally place the cars to the people, and actually get to see the cars I've only read about for months now.

I have pictures but have not taken them off my camera yet. Soon's I do, they're hopping up at the Gallery.

Sorry it took so long to post but i had a hockey party saturdaynite after returning from the falls. Thank you Desert Coyote for a great gtg i had a good time. It was nice to meet so many different people with the same interest the HHR. Hope everyone had a safe trip home. Looking forward to next year and more HHR's.

 

That was a blast. We did get down the maid of the mist ride, but we were so tired we never made it to niagra on the lake. We've been home for about an hour an a half, and heading to bed soon.

We both just HAD to check in here, though it's near midnight and hubby has to work tomorrow. Thank you Desert Coyote, and all of the rest of you, for giving us the classiest escort into Niagara Falls anyone could ask for. We had such a good time! Meeting you folks, of course, was the highlight. We have many photos also, and will post tomorrow. In the meantime, "There's NO PLACE like home!!" We have 7 very happy pets! Hey, cool goodie bag, I dug into it after we got home - that was a very good idea too. An uneventful coupla flights, but we are bushed!!

It was even more fun when five of us met Maggie of Race and Street at a car show in Lewiston after we left Niagara Falls. The car show was an all-PT Cruiser show (lots of PTs, all kinds of mods), and when five HHRs showed up together it caused some second looks.
