Oh hell..and already planning on trip #2...everytime I try to upload they don't take...so I give up for awhile then try again....I think my sizing is off...and I have a new laptop.. and I lost my desktop space to my granddaughter.......did I mention we plannin trip 2 ?

I use Micro$oft Photo Editor to crop/resize.
I use 100% quality setting when saving.
jpg can use compression to make smaller file sizes but that's really not an issue anymore.
To upload pictures to the gallery they need to be 600 x 450 or smaller.
I think I had to download Micro$oft Photo Editor when I finally upgraded to XP.
I used it on Win2000 and liked it so I got it from cnet.com <==safe downloads there.
huh, maybe Micro$oft Photo Editor comes with XP, I could have been thinking of Media Player Classic.
I hate XPs Media Player version so I DL'ed Media Player Classic because I like it better on so many levels.
