Beautiful car! How are your underbody LED's wired in? Are they on a separate circuit so they are just controlled by a remote, or are they tied in with running lights or interior lights? I would like to tie mine in to operate only with the interior lights, but lacking a wiring diagram for now, I haven't figured out an easy way to do that yet.

a whopping 9 watts rms more than factory? the deck doesnt put out power.

if he is talking about signal strength i can see why he would say that, but most decks that claim high output voltages like the excelon kenwoods are false. they only increase the distortion its outputting.

im not good with the "tuning" aspect of a stereo.
a friend has done mine for going on 7 years now. right now im getting alot of distortion and "noise" thru my subs. he said if i upgraded my HU i wouldn't have that problem.

the UBs are on a switch. i can control them with a remote.

here is a vid of the UB kit in action:

the kit is a 1 million color kit.
7 base colors, 7 mixed colors, 10 different modes. real nice kit.

distortion=bad tuning on his part...has more to do with his skill/ability and less on the equipment. if you pay him at all he is using you for the revenue...seen it happen in this business all the time.

Hey SLVR

I Hate to do this but I tend to agree with the Texas dude on this one

Better do more research on that head unit and at least consider one other external amp for the "juice".

Check for features that would help you control those amps from the head unit
