Yes -- I have cleaned it every night after I get home from work since I got it. The real test will be if I can keep that up during the winter months.

Are those the new style running boards? Is there a the black rubber step strip anymore? Couldn't tell in those pics

How could you miss not seeing the black rubber step pad?

Unless the rubber has been highly polished, I see the advertised "skirt" package.

Those are skirts and not running boards. Look closely at how they overlap the front quarter panel. They do not fit like the running boards. They are also sloped and not flat, and do not have the plastic step panel. Different look, similar to the running board, but not intended to be stepped on or support any weight.
