More Urban Exploration in Detroit!

Well, my friends and I decided to make another trip back down the the D yesterday for some more pictures. This time we decided to to the Heidelberg Project, and the abandoned Packard Plant.

Check out some of the pictures of the plant on my Flickr! http://www.flickr.com/photos/ebrow/s...7624043612872/

It was kind of funny how many other photographers were in the complex while we were! Quite a busy place for being abandoned!

Great pictures but, like the Michigan Central Station, sad.

I agree, it's very sad. Unfortunately this place really has no hope for a future. One whole part of it has collapsed and is open space, and much of the metal is being scrapped. Don't think the people taking the metal were supposed to be though....looked pretty shady. There was even a guy with an axe cutting stuff up. Yeah, we went the other way when we saw him...
