Ended up getting more for it than I paid from insurance, so I bought it back at auction, and had enough money left to get this...

Damn. Nice rides. How does the pull of the SS TB compare to the SS HHR at take off?
glad to hear you are still with us.

In all honesty...it doesn't compare..Both of my TB's have coverters installed, but even stock, they light the tires a lot harder than the HHR. I can't get used to the damn torque steer. The HHR pulls great for what it is and I'm glad I bought one. 32mpg is real good with gas prices now. My Trailblazer gets like 10mpg downhill with a tailwind..lol

What does a stock auto HHR SS run in the 1/4? I will take mine to US41 in the next few weeks for some baselines, but my Black Trailblazer went 13.7 stock, full weight. With just an intake/tune, and on a diet it went 12.9's

A stock HHR SS with auto should run mid/hi 14's, a lil quicker with a manual. I've run a best of 14.03 @ 99.83mph with a DP, exhaust, big IC, and GMTU. Currently running 14.20's @ 99.45 with a full stereo setup and ~100 extra lbs of Dynamat and still need to get tuned.

Later
Allex

edit: Really nice TBSS's! Love the hood on the wrecked one.

Thats pretty good for an auto then..do you guys pull weight out before you race? My TBSS loses it's seats, spare, rear bumper suppore, hitch, front sway bar..etc. I'd like to do a 13.9 stock with weight out to see if it is possible. Then Stg. 1 and SW downpipe, so mid 13's maybe? Thanks for the compliment man. Black truck is getting that exact same hood but in carbon fiber for less weight. I'm trying to run into the 11's with it using just bolt ons..stock heads and stock cam. My wrecked silver one went 12.1's with bolt ons only..Thanks again for the help guys!!!
