Sorry, it's my mom's now. She bought the new one, and I gave her my old one and the $300 difference in price.

awesome on the new camera. Sad to see that you still got a nikon.. just kidding

dude, that's your mom!?!? When you have said your family works at bronners i pictured your mom as one of the little old ladies that is like hardcore about christmas spirit.

i have found that my xsi over exposes a tad and they said the XTi before it under exposed a bit. Sad that no one can get it right. Although i know there are a million factors to consider why it isn't reading right. mostly being the world isn't 18% grey, it'd make life easier.

But yeah, i am working with my over exposure and set the exp compensation down 2/3 a stop when i am shooting outside. Helped a ton. Might want to put yours up a bit and see what happens.

I'm heading up to Davison tomorrow but for a quick weekend for dad's day. Spending some time with him putting the hitch on the hhr and painting the muffler, might rotate the tires while it's up in the air. I'll be up for the 4th of July too for a little longer, might be able to meet up with some of you guys.

Yeah, I think I'll try the exposure comp. And why do you have to come up when I'm working??? I work this weekend, and I work the 4th of July...

i think the real question is why are you working when you should have known i was coming up. ha.

first time in almost 6 months, so I know the schedule will be packed. I'll probably take a long weekend in August sometime to burn some vacation days since they reset in September. Plus it can't hurt to enjoy a few beers in the pool at my parents...
