if you go with paint you will be touching up stone chips, mine get a couple now and then.
Powdercoating really is the better method.
And if you want a look that really pops, go with white wheels on victory red.

I went with gloss black powered coated, for any chips get gloss black nail polish, had to use it once.

I manage a bodyshop so in between, probably will powdercoat though.
