that gutter stuff is lower quality..come up my ladder ill show ya..its junk..% of aluminum is very low..I bounced around the idea of a custom made but opted out for a good quality piece..100% stainless..this pice has sum weight to it..[IMG][/IMG]I know its a few bucks more but its one of the items most people see first..anybody drives an HHR definitly turns there head..and even sum that dont..

Grill

I found an ABS wire mesh Bentley style grill on E-bay from GT Racers. I paid 90.00 dollars for it.

It's lightweight and made from the same material as OEM and It has a nice texture molded into the the mesh.

Bought the same grille. Very nice quality. Just make sure to keep all the hardware from your factory grille. The Bentley from ebay comes with non.

Have you guys tried using a mesh manufacturer or a mesh warehouse? I know the minimum orders will be great than we are probably used to, but I would think buying in a large quantity may not be the worst think in the world, more material for trial and error and this stuff always comes in handy.

Maybe like a http://www.bwire.com/

Or something along those lines?

The mesh Street Scene Grills are nice. Very easy to work with/trim. I put the black chrome upper and lower in my old 04 F150.
