I was looking it over last night. The tab that broke off didn't come off clean. But I was able to get a screw/nut in for the lower brace and am able to bolt that part back to the hood tap with a short piece of 3M doulbe sided tape holding the grill to the brace. It's holding for now, but what I hope to be able to do is take a short piece of threaded rod and glue that to the grill in place of the broken tab and have that run though the hood tab. That way I can still put a nut on it. I tried it last night with some 60 second 2 part epoxy, but it didn't seem to want to hold to the grill. I'll try some BJ Weld and see what that does. I also want to make sure I don't want to get some sort of chemical reaction that might mess up the finish......

Thanks for all the compliments everyone. I'm really liking this grill. I've had quite a few comments from passer bys also.

If you get a chance before you leave, give me a yell and I'll ride over. I'd like to see it...show off my new goodies too. Installed my black billet tonight...took some fitting but it's on...looks great...will look better Saturday after I get my depos installed.

JB Weld won't hurt the chrome. I have been using it (when necessary) for decades, & it will do the job...

Once you try it, I think you will find more uses for it also..

When hardened (24 hours) it can be drilled & tapped or whatever..

Don't get the JD Weld Quick, it's not as strong..

Any plans for the bottom grille? I don't know if it's possible, but the same theme on the bottom would be pretty sweet.
