GM sensors installed! Main problem being you can't get the o-rings seperate from the kit, part # is not found. This said I attempted injector o-rings, which were too big. That failed, I bought a generic box of them which none of those worked either! In the end I ended up using a smaller one to take up room on the groove, and the original one which seemt to work a lot better without the slack. My last complaint is GM running a screw into the bare plastic charge pipe, no sleeve, etc.

Thank god for the CED plugs to at least keep my sanity from cutting wires, which the lower one is STUPID close to a fitting on the AC compressor.

So to help prevent issue there I took some metal strapping tape, wrapped it in heater hose, and secured the coldside pipe to the subframe-

Stupid easy install turned plain silly thanks to little details.

You can get the orings seperate my guy. You can get them through crate engine depot for $2.95 each. I'm replacing my bosch sensors to see if it will help cure my problem...and ordered new orings for the new sensors. When I get home, ill send you the part number

Yeah, I work @ a GM dealer and when I called Tom @ CED after ordering pigtails he wasn't in. If there is another part # that works, I'd love to have it, however the one listed in the GM kit does not work.

Thanks man, please do!

Part# 12626998

The only difference is that the orings are black instead of blue

Good looking out bud, I'll order them on Monday, looks like I'll pull them out once more and hope the thread on the lower CP holds up!

Wheels still haven't shown up, but I got the suspension all handled, and where I believe I'll be content.

..but now I'm awaiting more parts from ZZP to show up -

can't wait to see the stance with the wheels

Might as well stick some DEPO's in since your bumper is off!

Debated such, but unsure yet, granted wheels will be dark I don't want to take it too far. Plus that's $200 that could be spent on function!

Anyone ever take these apart? I've done a million Cavalier headlamps, a couple Cobalts, my buddy's Tundra, and another friend's Jeep Grand Cherokee so I'm more than confident. Hmm. If I get stupid bored.

No, but I would like to know to. I want to remove the yellow turn signal cap and replace with a yellow bulb.
