Thanks everyone for the comments.
The piece covering the rear seats has to come out when the back seats are up.
For making to rear area I traced the carpet floor mat. For the piece over the rear seats the panel is 48" wide and 26" deep for overal measure. I took poster board to check for the cut out for lower part of seat back. They ended up being about 3"x5" each side.
That template is already at city dump.
