How easy or difficult is it to keep this Plasti dip clean. I am interested in spraying my wheel's black but is seems to me that the rough surface would be hard to keep from looking kinda dirty.

It's pretty easy - I just wash with car wash soap and a sponge (or micro-fibre mitt) as the last part of a car wash. They come out looking good - not a problem.

Make sure you apply at least 3-4 coats or it will be difficult to peel off.
