Hi all, have my 06 HHR, auto. 2.2, transmission (just started) shifting hard like I just put a shift kit in it., I serviced the transmission and filter and replace all shift solenoids a little (over a year ago) & used AC Delco Dextron 6 fluid. I just got done checking fluid level and it is perfect. no engine mounts are broke. I also blew out the transmission module by testing it with my scanner while engine was running About 8 months ago, bought one and it was programmed by the vin and sent back plug and play. worked fine. any ideas? I do have a bidirectional scanner, there is no codes

 

Check the TCM ground wire, check the ground from the transmission case to the radiator cradle.
double check the pins in the TCM connection.
