06 Lt no start

Well hope someone can give me some insight as I'm about to go crazy. 06 Lt had problem with purge solenoid so replaced and hoped to fix stall a gas pump after filling up. No luck. So decided to check my prongs on my fuse panel under the hood and dismantled inspected and found nothing. Reassembled unit and tried to start and no crank. Radio works, windows work, fob works to lock and unlock (no remote start, 5 speed), the rear hatch would not open, DIC say service air bags, the lock light goes out so I don't believe that its a key signal problem. But I did the key relearn proceedure just incase. Unpluged battery for about 15min, no go. Could I have lost my BCM memory or posably fried something? Thinking that I might have to go to GM and have a relearn. Bad time to have to spend $$$. CEL seems petty now with no ride.

Good news gents. I had ten minutes before leaving for work and went for a hailmary. Reached up under the fuse panel under the hood and wiggled the wires vigorously and Henry fired up. I was in limp in mode, so i shut him down and repeated the process. Ta-Da. Drove to work and noticed on the way I had no interior led light and no rear markers. Opened the hood and wiggled alittle more and now every thing is back to before status. Guys these fuse panels are very tempremental, be careful. Tomarrow I'm going to disassembly yet again and dab some electrical connecter gel on the tabs. Thanks for all whom looked at my useless post, and read this babble as well.

Yeah that's my thought exactly. I just can't beleive that all those seperate spades and plugs would have connecting problems at the same time. Never had an issue other than the purge sol untill the disassembly of the panel. Oh well, I guess time will tell. But I for sure going to try alittle electric grease.

Yeah, every once in a while (couple washes or so) I'll open the fuse panel and push each fuse down. Pretty bad how many are actually loose in a couple weeks time!

Congrats, I hope everything works for you and no other problems. I have been very lucky with mine. We have 126K and no problems.

I'm on 112,000 on my and I really wouldn't trade it for anything (other than an ss maybe). I tell everyone to buy one as well. Glad that I don't have to go to the dealership now so I can save my $$$ for some hptuners.

Crash-

I put dielectric grease on all my fuses when I got mine. But I do that to all the rides we have or get. ..

I appreciate all the comments on my issues with my 06, but I don't want anyone to be confused. This really wasn't per say a fuse issue as much as it was a plug bulkhead or bulkheads problem. I was loosing connection between the plug and physical fuse panel in an attempt to fix signal issue to purge solenoid. By the way after I cleared the misc codes from all the connection problems my purge problem was resolved as well. So I'm ecstatic with joy. Thanks everyone for the positive feed back. BTW I'm going to put dielectric grease on fuses for insurance as well.

is there a way to tighten those connections? Sounds like you have it fixed, which is great. If you happen to get in there again, maybe take some pics so we can see what to look for? Thanks!
