08 HHR SS won't start

I recently changed out my headlights for HID'S. And now for some odd reason my car won't start. The fuel pump sounds like it kicks on and it will run for a second or two when I spray starting fluid into the intake. It just seems like I am not getting fuel from the injectors. I checked all my fuses and swapped around relays and still no go. It's my daily and need all the help I can get

Double check the ground wires and anything you touched while you installed those fancy headlights.

Did you do anything in the fuse box? Like knock the start relay? Or blow a fuse?

Could be a coincidence. Have you done anything else recently? Like clean and re-oil your air filter? It won't start, so you won't be able to see a check engine light. Do you have access to a code reader?

Threads merged , please just one thread per problem, to avoid confusion and that old feeling of "didn't I just see that thread!"

i checked all the fuses and they all were good..I also switched out a couple fuel pump relays and no difference. the only fuse that blew was the headlight inline fuse and I replaced that one

If you blew a fuse a circuit must be damaged.

You could try disconnecting the HID ballasts and see if it starts.
