Talking 1995 Chevy silverado, trys dieng and clunk when turning left?

I was looking threw some forums about the issues i am having, hopefully this is the appropriate site to ask questions about my issues with the truck.

i just recently purchased a used 1995 chevy silverado 4x4 i think 5.6 liter v8. when i bought it i need to change the manifold it was cracked. I replaced the manifold, it was completely broken off on the end, i have been having some issues with it trying to die out sometimes when i am idiling, mainly when i put it into reverse it dies. I have also noticed that when turning left on occasion the truck will try to stall out and then clunk really bad. I think the clunk may be coming from the passenger from side be the wheel. I do not know alot about vehicles so i am just trying to get some ideas I really need to figure this out soon because i wont have a way to work if it breaks. i have talked to some people about the stalling issue we think its the O2 censor since the manifold was broken off its not use to having so much pass threw it. as for the clunk i am not sure at all i have read it may be a joint or possibly the slip differential may need to be greased. I would really appreciate any input or ideas of things i can look for. basically this thing has been a lemon since i bought it but i dont have any money to get anything else thank you guys for your help if you do comment.

To be honest, it's not the appropriate forum. This is a forum about small Chevy cars and a 4 cylinder engine line.

There are several "trucks" forums out there. You should search out and try one of those.
Not really sure how you happened upon our site for help. Your truck and our little cars don't share much in common.

Just a note the clunk could be a front axle hub bearing.
The stalling could be the O2 sensor.
Is the check engine lite on?
How old is the battery?
Is the catalytic converter getting hot?
It might be clogging up and need to be replaced
Good luck

Oldblue. Trying to jog my memory in regards to the OP's truck even having an OBDII system. I think his truck is too old, so it may not trigger the modern CEL that we're used to.
Wasn't 1996 the 1st year for the OBDII system ?

Obd1, short the right pins then count flashes then go to your shop manual to decode.

Correct 1996 was first year mandatory OBD II system, but there was the old flashing light code OBD I system my 1983 S15 and my 1988 C1500 had that system, which could still help determine the cause of the stalling.
It could also be a dirty throttlebody
