Got the Toy back from the Dealer..so far so good..knock on wood.

Actually so far pretty good service, only out of pocket expense was for filling up the rental.

Thanx for the report. Seems unfair to change a rating on paper only. Some one probably bought a 07, because the hp was posted higher. Rip off...B/B

This same issue happened with the TrailBlazer my dad had, before getting rid of it. It had to be towed to the dealer several times because the vehicle could not be taken out of gear; nor could the key be removed. They finally ended up replacing the shifter cable (or something...) after several "I dunno what's wrong with it"...'s. It must be a GM thing...

Chevrolet are to give you a fee rental or loaner if you vehicles has to stay over night. It should be in Black & White look over the paper work that you signed when you purchased your HHr.

I believe he said, he had a free veh. from the dealer, only cost was refueling the veh. upon return. That`s a reasonable fee, considering you can do/drive anywhere you want, but why could chevy/gm pay for your gas. If you only went to work, you would`ve paid for your gas in your veh., sounds reasonable.
