That does NOT mean bad TCM!!!!!!

It means the TCM is not getting enough 12V.

But go ahead and throw money at it. Like I said earlier I just replaced my second warranty battery in less than a year.

Yes the codes are there mostly because there is not enough voltage to power up the computers, BCM , TCM or ECM. And sometimes it is attributed to a loose ground wire either back in the spare tire well, or up front in the engine bay
There is no one set reason for codes just information the computer can't evaluate and so the codes.
If your battery is over five years old! It's headed south to a retirement village in Florida!
My '07 battery died a slow low voltage , cell dead, death at just 4 years old in 2011!
Go figure.

Took the car to a mechanic who had an electrical specialist there hooked up reader to car turns out it is the TCM is not responding to the reader and the codes again for internal problems with the TCM and it was causing problems with all the other modules waiting to hear back from mechanic as they're waiting for a TCM to arrive and be installed. TCM was burning hot and voltage was getting to it. They did check battery which was fine cells had water and read correctly according to mechanic.

sorry was on the road when I posted this. and they got back to me it was bad tcm The mechanic said new one is working.

12v is low voltage for a running HHR, should be more like 14 + voltage during a load test!
Well let's see what that electric guru finds, when he installs the new TCM.
I really hope it is a plug and place situation, and not loose wires in the TCM harness

seems that when the TCM got hot is acted up took it out let it cool down and it worked and they were able to see it and talk it when it was cool. He was able to talk to all the other modules fine. they replaced and reprogramed it and everything is working fine now. Did I mention that this has over 351k miles on it.
