2006 Front wheel bearing / half shafts making noise

Thanks Old Blue, Yes they are aftermarket wheels, they are steel with a chrome outer. That right rear is now on the right front.
there is a nylon insert that is placed on the hub before the wheel and the lug nuts are conical. I figured self centering. I'll go read that link now, thank you.
