I put a new ignition switch, new starter, relays work, fuel pump comes on, dash lights come on when I turn the key on. There is power to all of the above.. There's absolutely nothing there when I go to start it as far as trying to crank at all. 4 months

The only thing I can think of is that the anti-theft module I bought three months ago or four months ago went out again. Warning, it's better to get parts from the dealer, then buying a Chinese off brand module!!
Are you trolling? Suddenly you have replaced the anti-theft module? Why? What made a passive bit of electronics break? I have never heard of that.
What procedure was used to program the new TDM?
If you don't provide information you are just asking "my car broke, how do I fix it"? The answer is unbreak it.
I can't read minds long distance. I expect next you will tell us you have a 1986 Pontiac not an HHR.
As far as I know the TDM does NOT prevent the starter, it turns the injectors off. A blinking TD light means it is armed, a solid TD light indicates you used a bad key or a dead battery. If you arm it it blinks all night long, until you disarm it by opening a door and inserting the key.
