2007 HHR Heater blower problem

I have read about the problem with these on here. Blower not working. Replaced the BCM3, fuses, resister, relay. Still not getting power to blower so not sure if it is the blower, any help appreciated

Did you use a multimeter to check the power into the fuse....out from the fuse into the switch, out from the switch into the blower?
