All dash lights come on, starter does not turn over. If I put the switch on and jump the selonoid, she starts right up. The dealership just recently, changed the ignition switch through recall. Does any one know which color wire comes for the switch?. If I knew which one, I could see if the switch is working properly. Also, if I know the color of the wire at the selonoid, I could check if I am getting power to the selonoid. or where the problems in between. I checked all fuses in both boxes and all seem to be ok.

 

I do not know colors but the easy way to test is at the starter relay.

Before you go too far check the state of your battery and check the battery connection at the under hood fuse box. Then have been known to loosen up.

I know what your thinking. If you can get it to crank by jumping the sol. Why would I need to check the battery?

Because jumping the starter sol. By passes all the computer systems that may be not allowing the car to crank because of low voltage.
