Hello everybody,

I have originally posted this in Power Steering Motor Replacement w/Pics, but since noone answered, I've decided to post here and hope someone will!

I am from Bulgaria and own a 2008 Chevrolet HHR LT 2.4. I have the exact Power steering problems as many people here. I have read through all related posts here. I am certain that the the fuse fix does not apply as I've had power steering issues a couple of times prior to jump starting the car. So my car dealership that also does the replacements/repairs told me that it would cost roughly around $1600 to order a new motor and an electonic steering column ( please excuse me if the translation in english is off). That's not including labor. I have some questions that need answering.

Firstly, do i need the steering column as well - from what i've read, people replaced the motor only?
Could you please provide me with a link as to where I could orded those from? i believe that ordering both myself would cost less than $1600, shipping included.

The part number (model?) they have provided are:
model of the electronic motor - 19257876
model of the electronic steering column -19209159
