12.5 volts static . As Donbrew mentioned look for chewed wires, squirrels love the insulation, it’s soya bean based plastic, yummy!

Yeah, I'll try to look around. I might have to call a mechanic to come and take a look at it. I charged it and the battery is sitting at 13.4 volts now. The fuses aren't popped, so not sure what's next to do.

Check the maxi fuse in the back by the battery

That red fuse on the right in this photo

Make sure these 2 cables are connected and tight, under the red cap on the under hood fuse box

Looking at the other pictures you posted, you’ve got a lot of rust and/or corrosion going on at those wire terminal ends. Any connection that looks crusty is a place for a bad connection. They all need to be taken loose and cleaned up.
(Remember: Always disconnect the battery before doing any electrical work)

And now have a look at the starter, is that main wire tight is the smaller ignition switch wire tight?

Hey everyone, I was able to get the car to start. Turns out it was a bad starter, even when hitting it, the starter did nothing. My mechanic was able to replace it and the vehicle starts up perfectly now. Part of the wire heading to the starter had to be replaced due to the corrosion as well. Thanks for all of your help. The main issue I have now is with the sticking key. The key no longer wishes to come out on its own, and I have to leave the cover of the access hole off to get the key out. I plan on bringing the car to Chevy tomorrow to have them take a look. The battery is fully charged. Do you guys have any suggestions or things I should note before bringing the car to Chevy? Thanks again for all of your guy's help!

It looks like my vehicle has had the ignition replaced based off the recall link in your sig. I will find out what Chevy says when I speak to them. Thanks for your help!

Happy to read you got to the root of the problem and replaced the starter and the wires, here’s a link about a stuck ignition key issue

https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/prob...gnition-49134/

Lube the shifter solenoid first.
