2008 Electric door locks stopped working
Woke up this morning to a totally dead battery. I pulled it and put it on charge thinking the FL heat may have killed another one. After a couple hours it came back to a full charge. I reinstalled it and in doing so all the doors locked. I then found the doors would not open with the remote. They also will not work with the switches and will not lock when putting the vehicle in gear(auto trans). I can hear a relay clicking in the fuse area but nothing happens. If I pull the door lock fuse, when installing it back all the doors will lock. All the other anti theft stuff works. Thinking I have a bad control module??? Any help welcome before I take it in.

Do the TPM positions work? Try to reset the positions using the procedure in the Owner Manual. Don't have one, see my sig. If you can't then your RCDLR needs to get updated firmware per a TSB 08-03-16-001B for 2008 models.
Or the battery just isn't any good. Dead battery will cause the doors to lock, the ignition to lock, the security light.
First, find out what drained the battery. What criteria are you using to determine "full charge"? How old is the battery?

Dropped it off at the dealer today. I ride with the 2 head mechanics there and explained what was happening. Funny thing is it started to work intermittently as the car was pulled up into the service lane.
