Well I put it back in my headlight spot and still have headlights, so looking into what the diode looks like what I pulled out if #9 does NOT look like a diode

 

 

Yeah, it's the same as 71,72 and that's what I switched out and put in #9

 

If you fit a 71 or 72 relay into the 9 slot, you're either a magician or you destroyed something. There are only 2 diodes in this fuse block, the other being 58 for the wipers. The diodes are black and just slightly larger than the small fuses.

 

Well I just got the email from the supplier I bought my compressor from and since I got it last Aug hes goning to warranty it. He feels like it is the remanufactured compressor is bad I'll have it on Friday and have it done the wknd I'll be back then with updates

Just reading all this makes my head spin.
I guess I need an adult beverage now.

 

Reminds me of when my 8 year old great grandson "built" a computer out of pieces I had laying around. Just putting things close to each other that look like they might be something was good enough.
