2009 HHR no start

2009 HHR no start

I drove my car to a radio installer he installed it and he called me car doesn't start he changed some fusses l check no power to starter l changed it 165 bucks still nothing had it towed to another mechanic shop 65 he had it for 2 weeks he say he changed some fusses he also said starter has no communication to the computer he told me to go to a specialist who told him 1100 but no guarantees so l brought a brand new computer programed to the vin of the car did the 30 min learni g set up l was told to do car. still does not start anybody know wtf going on l paid every one even the guy who installed the radio l just brought the car and the radio still doesn't work and car doesn't start...

Wow, that's difficult to read.

It seems like a car radio installer broke your car. You should start by un-doing whatever he did. You should file a claim with his insurance company.

X2, Carlos, he is responsible and the liability rests on him, the HHR was fine until he got it! He must have cut a wire, knocked a ground wire loose or something! Sue him for the repairs .
If you have the car, take the battery out to an AutoZone or Advanced Auto and have them load test the battery, it is very possible it’s simply a drained battery.

No power to starter? The power to the starter comes directly from the battery, with a stop at the under hood fuse box. I bet the radio installer thought it would be smart to get power from there but he mixed some wires up; The front post on the under hood fuse box should have 2 large red wires the other (closest to firewall) should have 1 medium sized red wire.

The only place for power to be interrupted to the starter is there, if ANY other electrical equipment works.
