2011 hhr
I have a 2011 hhr , the oil pan had a hole in it. I fixed the hole and now it has a knocking noise on the left side of engine, and when I push on gas pedal it gets louder, and it acts like it loses power why accelerating

You could but it would involve removing the engine.
If you knocked a hole in the oil pan and lost all the engine oil, you have internal engine damage (noted by the engine knock)
I suggest you have repair shop or technician give you a diagnosis. With a rod or main bearing failure, you’re looking at a complete engine rebuild or replacement.
