My main question is ...
On eBay I see an ABS complete system (Controller and pump) pn:20795797 which seems to have the controller attached to it.
Looking at the pictures of the complete module the Electronics seems to have the P/N 20799659.
Is this compatible with the 20827127 module?
eBay claims that the unit is compatible with my car but the numbers aren't the same, possibly the 20827127 is a replacement module for the 20799659 and either will work?
Thx,
Jay
if you wanna PM me the last 8 of your VIN I can look up your part # at work and see if it gives me any old/superseded #s

Thx for the info. If I read your PM attachment correctly it looks like the history of the Controller was...
Originally 25907525
Then to 25907539
and now 20827127.
Never the 20799659 number I'm seeing on eBay.

The 20827127 still is out of stock in RockAuto site, but this site shows it’s available, but might not be up to date

a lot of those types of sites are run thru dealerships, but it doesn't reflect the dealership's actual on-hand stock, it just shows available because it's an active part they can order (as opposed to discontinued)

All the dealers parts departments claim there is a nation wide parts shortage for this specific part, and I assume many others as well.
These on-line places let you order them (I tried several times), but when you get to the end it is out of stock, just the way their site works I guess.
I'm going to look more at junkyards for old parts, like eBay has.

So I went to the local junk yard and they had a unit in stock for $35.00!
The dealer said he'd work with the part, so hopefully it works and is the correct part.
I figured what the heck, for $35.00 why not. The install and reprogramming is $400.00
